MVM is looking for a fleet management associate to work in Budapest to coordinate processes related to vehicle fleet operations.
Tasks
- Coordinating processes related to vehicle fleet operations
- Professional preparation of vehicle acquisitions, rentals, replacements, and withdrawals
- Professional liaison with fleet service providers and suppliers
- Coordinating service, repair, tire, and fuel management tasks
- Analyzing fleet costs, preparing statements and management reports
- Professional support for procurement and public procurement procedures
- Supporting compliance with fleet policies and internal regulations
- Professional support of fleet services provided to companies managed by the regional group

Requirements
- Secondary education, high school diploma and vehicle administrator specialized course
- Minimum 3 years of general administrative experience
- MS Office user level, SAP knowledge
- Category B driver's license
