An established company with international background, present in Esztergom since 2004, is looking for a Line Leader. The company mainly manufactures automotive body parts.
Tasks
- Continuous supervision of assigned production lines during the shift
- Monitoring the achievement of the production plan and taking necessary measures
- Identification and troubleshooting of technical problems on production equipment
- Continuous monitoring and improvement of key production metrics, such as scrap rate, production plan fulfillment, and downtime
- Quick and effective handling of production and technical obstacles arising during the shift

Requirements
- Professional experience gained at a manufacturing company in troubleshooting and machine setup
- Secondary technical education
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift, 8-hour schedule
- Excellent communication and organizational skills (advantage)
- Experience in an automotive environment (advantage)
- Welding knowledge (advantage)
- Previous experience in managing a small team (advantage)
