We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support a large-scale financial systems transition project. In this role, you will review and reconcile contracts, billing records, and financial data between legacy and newly implemented systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the migration process.
Tasks
- Review and validate executed contracts, amendments, and change orders.
- Reconcile contract values and billing information between legacy and current systems.
- Verify contract line items, quantities, pricing, discounts, and budget alignment.
- Analyze historical billing activity and identify discrepancies.
- Compare billed amounts against project actuals and determine necessary adjustments.
- Ensure financial consistency across multiple systems, including Business Central, Planview, and PeopleSoft.
- Document and process billing adjustments with appropriate supporting evidence.
- Escalate and help resolve financial discrepancies and non-contractual billing issues.

Requirements
- Around 3 years of experience in financial reconciliation, project accounting, contract administration, or a related finance field.
- Strong ability to interpret contracts, pricing structures, and contractual amendments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
