Team Leader OTC

Tasks

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of approximately 10-15 OTC Professionals
• Ensure high-quality service delivery by monitoring daily operations, workload distribution, and team performance
• Supervise and support team members through objective setting, coaching, performance management, delegation, and regular communication
• Ensure that Work Instructions (WIs), internal controls, and accounting policies are properly followed
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and other operational performance targets
• Prepare and present operational performance reports, trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to Management and Stakeholders
• Support the Finance Manager in driving process standardization, optimization, and harmonization activities
• Act as a key contact and first point of escalation for operational, customer, and process-related issues
• Identify risks, drive corrective actions, and implement sustainable solutions
• Support internal and external audits by ensuring process compliance and preparing required documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Order-to-Cash / Accounts Receivable processes, including experience in leading, coaching, and developing teams
• strong understanding of end-to-end OTC processes
• proven experience leading teams in an SSC, BSC, GBS, or multinational environment
• strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• experience in process improvement, standardization, transition, or transformation projects
• strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• experience working with SAP
• advanced MS Excel skills
• fluency in English
