Tasks
- You act as the primary HR contact and advisor, supporting the managers assigned to you.
- You collaborate with the Recruitment team to ensure efficient selection processes.
- You ensure that employment-related processes are carried out in compliance with regulations and on time.
- You support organizational changes and organizational development processes.
- You assist managers with HR cost planning, improving employee satisfaction, and managing performance and talent.
- You apply corporate HR policies, systems, processes, and tools.
- You coordinate the HR processes of the subsidiary you support in accordance with service agreements.
- You work closely with HR Business Partner Support colleagues.
