We are looking for a Senior Fullstack (Java) Developer to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications and internal digital solutions.
Tasks
- Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications as a fullstack expert.
- Develop and design internal digital solutions that drive automation and directly support our long-term digitalization strategy.
- Mentor medior and junior developers, provide code reviews, and help define development standards.
- Make architectural decisions across backend and frontend, balancing performance, maintainability, and user experience.
- Ensure seamless deployment and operations in containerized environments on cloud platforms.
- Take initiative in adopting and integrating AI-enhanced tools to increase productivity and innovation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Economical Informatics, Information Technology or Programming Mathematics OR equivalent working experiences
- 5 years of experience in web application development field
- Java and/or Kotlin, Spring Framework /Boot, Spring Data, JPA / Hibernate
- Angular (typescript)/ React knowledge
- Knowledge in SQL & SQL-extensions
- Docker and/or Kubernetes
- English intermediate level, German is an advantage
- Experiences in agile methodologies
- Logical and systems thinking
- Communicative and like to work in teams
- High motivation and flexibility for demanding tasks to achieve the goal
- Initiative and can-do attitude
