As Order to Cash Data & Business Analytics Expert within our Global Finance Services Order to Cash team, you'll turn data into insights that improve how we serve customers, collect cash, and run our processes. You will help shape smarter, data-driven Order to Cash processes that support customers and help bring life-changing treatments to patients faster.
Tasks
- Build and improve dashboards, KPIs, and reports that help teams monitor efficiency, spot deviations, and follow process adherence.
- Analyze Order to Cash data and share clear, actionable insights with Global Process Leads, Business System Owners, and Hub teams.
- Translate business needs into Power BI visualizations and turn them into user stories and tasks for developers.
- Train and support colleagues so that data is understood, trusted, and used in everyday decisions.
- Put our data governance approach into practice, keeping data accurate, high quality, secure, and compliant.
- Resolve data quality issues at the source and work with other teams to align on data definitions and data sharing across processes.
- Keep master and reference data consistent across systems and applications and check the accuracy of data from internal and external sources.

Requirements
- Proven experience in analytics and a strong understanding of Order to Cash activities, with good business sense
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and RPA, and solid SAP knowledge
- Experience with Agile ways of working, Jira/Confluence, Microsoft Lists, or Python is a plus
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
