We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented accounting professional to join Magyar Cukor Zrt., Hungary's leading sugar company and the country's only sugar producer. You will support accurate financial reporting, contribute to closing and audit activities, and work closely with the SSC and internal colleagues in a stable industrial environment.
Tasks
- Compile accurate accounting analyses and supporting information for regular financial processes.
- Review account balances, identify discrepancies and ensure that records are complete and reliable.
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities and help ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare documentation and provide practical support during internal and external audits.
- Prepare statistical reports and submit them accurately to the relevant authorities.
- Support cooperation with the Shared Service Centre and help resolve day-to-day accounting topics.

Requirements
- A certified accountant qualification or a degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
- One to two years of relevant accounting experience is an advantage; motivated early-career applicants are also welcome.
- A precise, independent and responsible approach, with strong attention to detail and dependable follow-through.
- Proficient computer skills; practical knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage.
- Intermediate English and the ability to cooperate effectively with colleagues and internal partners.
- Curiosity, adaptability and a genuine willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
