Tasks
- Even distribution of weekly and quarterly schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Communication and coordination with relevant departments to ensure smooth production
- Monitoring plant materials and resources to ensure efficient and continuous production
- Cooperation with procurement in controlling material arrivals
- Managing and updating production data, ensuring that all hours and materials are charged when jobs are closed
- Continuous optimization of inventory levels (purchased, semi-finished, and finished goods), with a special focus on closing periods
- Daily production support, optimization of resource utilization (human and machine) and communication thereof to production
- Supporting medium and long-term capacity planning
- Active participation in factory-organized and mandatory EHS training and events, compliance with EHS rules

Requirements
- Higher education (degree in logistics, supply chain or engineering is an advantage)
- Experience gained as a production planner, in logistics or other relevant field in a manufacturing environment
- At least active intermediate English language skills in spoken and written
- Confident MS Office skills (specifically Excel functions, Pivot tables)
- Project mindset, complex vision for the efficient operation of production planning processes
- Excellent prioritization skills taking tight deadlines into account
- Good problem-solving ability in handling complex tasks both independently and in a team
- Good interpersonal skills and open, team-player attitude
