Our client is a well-established international company with an office located near Kelenföld, currently looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team. The role offers a 60% home office model and the opportunity to work in a collaborative international environment.
Tasks
- Support daily accounts payable operations and ensure the smooth handling of invoice-related activities
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding payment and finance-related queries
- Assist in ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, outstanding items, and invoice issues
- Contribute to month-end closing activities and finance operations
- Work closely with colleagues across different departments and countries
- Support process optimization initiatives and continuous improvement projects
