The Warranty Assessor & Aftersales Process and System Support Consultant is responsible for assessing warranty claims, supporting aftersales processes, and providing IT system assistance to authorized service partners.
Tasks
- Assess warranty claims and pre-authorizations in line with company policies and guidelines.
- Support authorized service partners with warranty, aftersales process, and IT system-related inquiries.
- Manage and resolve cases efficiently while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Communicate with retailers and provide guidance on processes, policies, and system usage.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to an excellent retailer experience.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in warranty assessment, aftersales operations, technical support, or a similar automotive environment.
- Languages: Fluent English and French is required. Additional language skills are considered an advantage.
