Schneider Electric is looking for a new employee for the Product Quality Engineer position at its Gyöngyös plant. Your task will be to participate in quality management projects related to the introduction of new products and production lines, develop processes, and define quality control points.
Tasks
- Active participation in projects related to the introduction of new products and new production lines
- Definition, development, and implementation of quality requirements for manufacturing processes
- Creation, updating, and ongoing maintenance of PFMEA throughout the project
- Development, implementation, and regular review of the Control Plan
- Identification of quality control points in the manufacturing process
- Investigation, handling, and tracking of production and process non-conformities
- Performing root cause analysis using various problem-solving methods such as 5 Why, Ishikawa, and 8D
- Definition and implementation of corrective and preventive actions, and monitoring their effectiveness
- Monitoring, analysis, and regular reporting of quality KPIs and performance metrics
- Close cooperation with project, manufacturing, process engineering, and production areas
- Supporting and improving the quality performance of the production line during the ramp-up period
