Tasks
- On-site direct control and supervision of the data processing group's work
- Identifying operational faults and initiating immediate or long-term interventions
- Ensuring efficient information flow within the organization
- Regular analysis and evaluation of activities necessary to achieve quantified targets
- Development, coaching, mentoring: creating a development matrix according to the colleagues' career stage
- Participation in drafting the annual training plan, supporting the implementation of training, and monitoring completion
- Capacity management and optimization, participation in organizing installation activities
- Cooperation with partner organizations
- Performing supervisory administrative tasks

Requirements
- Higher or secondary electrical engineering qualification
- At least 3 years of profession-specific experience
- Full proficiency in WINDOWS and MS Office, user-level knowledge of SAP modules related to the position
- Category B driving license
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
