Affidea, one of Europe's leading private healthcare providers, is looking for a motivated law student for its Budapest office who wants to gain professional experience as a member of a legal team operating in an international environment. This position offers the opportunity to gain insight into contract management and corporate governance processes alongside supporting legal and administrative tasks.
Tasks
- Administrative support of the group's legal systems
- Keeping legal databases and reports up to date
- Participation in KYC processes, including the collection, verification and organization of company documents, ownership structures and other compliance-relevant documents
- Liaising with internal business areas and external partners regarding the coordination of necessary information and documents
- Participation in supporting Affidea group's legal and compliance projects, coordinating related processes, and performing ad hoc tasks to assist the legal team's daily operations
