The Information Technology Product Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Budapest, Hungary. This position is responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT training products and services, from concept and design through launch, optimization, and retirement.
Tasks
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Defining product roadmaps
- Prioritizing features
- Coordinating with instructors, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure offerings meet client needs
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve existing products and identify new opportunities
- Collaborating on pricing strategies
- Supporting key client engagements
- Ensuring that training solutions align with Training360's quality standards and strategic goals
Requirements
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to translate data and feedback into clear product decisions.
- Knowledge of Information Technology domains relevant to training and education solutions.
- Experience in Product Management, including roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and lifecycle management.
- Ability to collect, document, and validate Business Requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of Business Process design and optimization, particularly in training and education environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in an IT product, project, or program management role, preferably within training, edtech, or professional services.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build consensus.
- Fluency in English; Hungarian language skills are a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
