We seek to join our Dexian team, embedded in our global energy client in Budapest an experienced Scrum Master. You will be part of a thriving consulting team embedded within our enterprise client, a global energy provider. Tasks
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
- Ensure Scrum practices are followed consistently and effectively across both teams.
- Support Product Owners in backlog management, prioritization, and sprint planning activities.
- Identify, track, and help remove impediments impacting team delivery.
- Manage and coordinate dependencies between teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor sprint progress and proactively address risks and blockers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on retrospective outcomes.
- Coach team members on Agile principles and encourage self-organization and accountability.
- Provide transparency on team progress, risks, and delivery status through Agile tools and reporting.
- Facilitate communication between development teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Azure DevOps; PSM, CSM, CSPO, PSMI, A-CSM Etc.
- 5+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience (supporting SAP development teams would be an advantage).
- Scrum Master certification (e.g. SAFe)
- Strong knowledge of Scrum principles and Agile methodologies.
- Experience facilitating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder interactions.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Azure DevOps (mandatory).
- Ability to identify and resolve delivery impediments in a proactive manner.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- IT degree is not mandatory.
