Autoliv Hungary is looking for a packaging specialist at its Sopronkövesd plant to handle packaging-related logistical tasks for new projects, create instructions, and track returnable packaging inventory.
Tasks
- Execution of packaging-related logistical tasks for new projects, development, validation, and implementation of packaging concepts
- Creation of packaging instructions in accordance with customer, corporate, and statutory requirements
- Planning, ordering, and coordination of packaging and auxiliary materials for production according to customer needs and production plans
- Ordering of returnable packaging and indirect materials, tracking of order fulfillment, checking and, if necessary, approval of related invoices and delivery notes
- Preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual reports, forwarding their results to the relevant partners
- Checking, administration, and tracking of invoices for inbound and outbound shipments
- Tracking returnable packaging inventory, conducting physical inventory counts

Requirements
- At least secondary education (economic/logistics background is an advantage)
- Intermediate English language skills
- Good problem-solving skills; task-oriented personality
- Confident use of MS Office
