The GLS Hungary team is looking for a new colleague for the Data Analyst position, working in Alsónémedi. Tasks include dashboard design, data modeling, and supporting business decision-making.
Tasks
- Design, development, and continuous maintenance of dashboards and reports to support business needs
- Translating business expectations and processes into well-structured data models and easily understandable visualizations
- Preparing ad-hoc analyses and reports to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Integrating various data sources and ensuring data accuracy and quality
- Close cooperation with product development, business, and other related areas to enhance data-driven operations
- Optimizing reporting and analytical processes, identifying automation opportunities
- Monitoring and analyzing KPIs related to business performance
- requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar position
- Confident SQL knowledge (writing queries, data modeling, data validation)
- Experience using BI tools, e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Experience in data visualization and dashboard creation
- Strong analytical thinking, business mindset, and good problem-solving skills
- Understanding business needs and supporting them from the data side
- Precise, independent, and proactive work
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Experience in handling large amounts of data
- Knowledge of basic ETL processes
- Good communication skills with both business and technical areas
- Negotiation-capable English language skills
