As a Visual Merchandiser, you play a key role in creating an inspiring store design using our visual and commercial tools. In line with our values, you contribute to our shared success and the company's achievements.
Tasks
- You ensure the implementation of the store's visual, commercial, and styling strategy according to our commercial guidelines to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- You analyze KPIs, and identify and prioritize visual and commercial opportunities in collaboration with the management team.
- Using your knowledge of fashion trends and competitors, you develop your team's skills to create an exceptional customer experience.
- Together with your team, you help ensure an exceptional customer experience and promote our loyalty program.
- You support your colleagues, contributing to a positive atmosphere and a well-functioning team.
