iiPay has a unique opportunity for a highly experienced and motivated Implementation Team Lead, who wants to be part of this rapidly expanding business. This role leads one of Implementation teams that work alongside our project management team to configure and deliver international payroll implementations for our global client base.
Tasks
- Coaching - Lead the team in on-boarding new starters into the organisation
- Lead Innovation - Champion innovation within your team and the wider organisation
- Motivator - Inhabit a positive outlook in developing all around you
- Escalations - Resolve escalations within your team's project work
- Team Leadership - Completing all 121's, staff absence management, career development, appraisals and recruitment
- Capacity Planning - Ensure we have the right resources and the right amount of resources in place
- Developer - Supporting each of your team members in defining their career path
- Recognition - Proactively recognise and reward your team members
- Deliverer - Take overall responsibility of ensuring your team deliver or beat our organisational objectives
- Relationship Builder - Engage collaboratively with the management team of your clients
- Quality Expert - Lead the team in the review and development of quality measures
Requirements
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of outsourced payroll solutions across the world
- Strong work ethic, global mindset and desire to help build a great culture
