Hydro Extrusion Hungary Kft. in Székesfehérvár is one of Europe's most modern aluminum profile manufacturing plants, serving the needs of the premium automotive industry. They are looking for a maintenance technician to ensure the reliable operation and availability of machinery and equipment.
Tasks
- Ensuring the reliable operation and availability of assigned machines and equipment.
- Preparation, organization, and execution of planned preventive maintenance and major overhauls.
- Compilation of repair plans, personnel and spare parts requirements, as well as scheduling and coordination of repair tasks.
- Execution of ad-hoc repairs and troubleshooting of maintenance issues.
- Identifying the root causes of failures: data collection, analysis, searching for correlations, and determining necessary measures.
- Developing and implementing preventive measures based on operational failures.
- Organizing and executing reliability-enhancing tasks.
- Supporting the investigation of technical safety incidents, and coordinating and executing resulting tasks.
- Preparing commissioning documentation and supporting commissioning when necessary.
- Compliance and enforcement of occupational health, fire safety, and environmental regulations.
- Following the regulations and processes related to Hydro's quality, environmental, and occupational health management system.

Requirements
- Mechanical or electrical technician qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an industrial environment.
- Experience in corrective and preventive maintenance of production lines.
- Experience in organizing planned preventive maintenance for production lines.
- Basic IT knowledge.
- Communicative English language skills are an advantage.
