We're looking for an experienced Project Sales Manager to drive new business development in the infrastructure, lighting, energy, construction, or industrial B2B sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of complex, high-value projects and contribute to innovative solutions shaping the future of public spaces and smart cities.
Tasks
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across municipal, public, and industrial sectors
- Build strong relationships with municipalities, contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers
- Manage high-value infrastructure projects (typically HUF 50M ) throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial concept to contract award
- Identify and manage public procurement and tender opportunities
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals
- Develop sales strategies, achieve growth targets, and identify emerging market opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to support successful project delivery

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in project-based B2B sales, preferably in infrastructure, lighting, electrical, utilities, construction, energy, or industrial sectors
- A proactive, hunter-type mindset with a proven track record in new business acquisition
- Experience managing complex, long-cycle sales processes and multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of public procurement and tender processes is a strong advantage
- An established network within municipalities, infrastructure, utilities, or related industries is a plus
- A technical degree or strong technical aptitude
- Intermediate to advanced English skills, both written and spoken
- Category B driving licence
