Our partner is a dynamically developing manufacturing company with a stable, established company, operating on the basis of modern technologies and automated production processes. The company works in a new, modern production environment where metalworking and powder coating technology also play an important role. We are currently looking for a hands-on process engineer / technologist to join our team, primarily focusing on supporting, optimizing, and developing powder coating and related manufacturing processes.
Tasks
- Supporting and improving the operation of powder coating and related manufacturing processes
- Development and optimization of production processes, technologies, tools, and fixtures
- Monitoring production efficiency, quality, material usage, and equipment utilization
- Identifying the root causes of powder coating and other production issues, quality defects, and developing solutions
- Supporting the introduction of new products, technologies, and equipment into production
- Providing professional support to the production and maintenance areas
- Creating and maintaining manufacturing documentation, process descriptions, and technical documentation
- Managing bill of materials (BOM)
- Managing process parameters, standard times, and technological documentation
- Supporting continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
- Providing professional support and training to colleagues in production
