We are looking for a Deputy Production Manager for our manufacturing partner. Supervision and coordination of daily production activities across multiple shifts, ensuring compliance with production plans, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
Tasks
- Supervision and coordination of daily production activities across multiple shifts
- Ensuring compliance with production plans, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Tracking and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and initiating corrective actions when necessary
- Supporting and mentoring shift supervisors in team management, addressing performance issues, and maintaining workplace discipline
- Close cooperation with maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics departments for the rapid resolution of operational issues
- Participation and leadership in projects
- Ensuring the documentation of production data and shift handovers
- Supporting the training and onboarding of new employees
- Escalating critical issues appropriately to the production manager, along with proposed solutions

Requirements
- Higher technical degree
- Active, intermediate English language skills, both spoken and written
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience gained at a manufacturing company
- Management experience – managing a small team and processes
- Thorough knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Knowledge of CNC, PLC systems, and automation
- Knowledge of maintenance management software
- Experience with CAD systems
- Strong technical and mechanical knowledge
