Reporting to the BPM Documentation & Modelling Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the continuous harmonization, standardization, and automation of our global documentation methodology by maintaining and supporting the Roche Process Documentation Portal (RPDP). This is a Maternity Cover role for approximately 1,5 years.
Tasks
- Actively pursue the end-to-end (E2E) implementation of the BPM documentation strategy.
- Support the documentation transition from the Roche Affiliate Model Project (RAMP) to the ASPIRE framework.
- Collaborate closely with GBPMs, the GBPS network, and key stakeholders to design and implement a documentation framework.
- Provide 1st level support for the Roche Process Documentation Portal (RPDP) users.
- Act as the final authority on quality and compliance, ensuring adherence to framework standards.
- Proactively follow up with Authors, Reviewers and track review statuses to provide data-driven progress updates.
