We are looking for an experienced specialist who will coordinate planning processes, support operational improvements, and confidently collaborate with various teams and leaders. The position and level of responsibility will be tailored to your professional experience and competencies.
Tasks
- You coordinate operational planning processes at the Tribe level and handle incoming signals, blockers, and escalations.
- You plan the next steps of processes, collect feedback from stakeholders, and propose ideas for operational improvements.
- You support prioritization, estimation, and commitment-setting, and coordinate the measurement of delivery outcomes.
- You contribute to shaping and monitoring annual strategic focuses and help align them with operational planning.
- You participate in process improvement initiatives: prepare diagnostics, summarize findings, and support the implementation and measurement of proposals.
- You prepare executive summaries and decision-making materials.
- You use AI tools for analysis and forecasting, and explore opportunities for their application in planning processes.

Requirements
- You have a higher education degree in economics or technology and 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
- You think systemically, have strong analytical skills, and find solutions even in complex situations.
- You confidently coordinate with various teams and leaders, and independently manage multi-stakeholder processes.
- You are interested in process improvement, planning, and data-driven operations.
- You communicate in English at least at a B2 level.
