We are looking for a German and English-speaking Customer Relations Assistant in the networking field for our team in Debrecen. In this role, you will be the primary contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance with network management inquiries.
Tasks
- Assisting clients in resolving basic network issues
- Interpreting line diagnostics results and making decisions based on them
- Forwarding complex technical issues to the appropriate teams
- Accurate record-keeping of customer relations and follow-up actions
- Cooperating with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and resolve issues
- Participating in ongoing training to stay up to date with network technologies and company products
- Contributing to the development of customer support materials and knowledge base articles
- Providing feedback on customer pain points and suggestions for product or service improvements
Requirements
- At least secondary education (degree is an advantage)
- Willingness to work 7x24 due to international service
- IT affinity: quick adoption of new programs, smooth work in complex systems, multitasking ability
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to excellent service
