Our partner is a prominent and dynamically growing player in the Hungarian corporate fleet management and leasing sector. To continuously improve service standards and operational efficiency, we are looking for a strategic, people-oriented Fleet Operations Manager to join their team. In this key position, your responsibility will be the full professional, strategic, and operational management of the fleet business unit.
Tasks
- Providing full professional, strategic and operational leadership for the fleet business unit, ensuring efficient and effective performance
- Supervising the efficient operation, optimal utilization, and cost-conscious management of the vehicle fleet
- Professional leadership, support, development, and regular feedback for team leads and staff within the business unit
- Creating a motivating, constructive, and collaborative leadership atmosphere; enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction
- Maintaining contact with key business partners, developing client relationships, and guaranteeing a high level of customer satisfaction
- Continuously improving service standards, operational efficiency, and business unit performance
- Working closely with company management, HR, and other departments to achieve shared organizational goals
- At least secondary education
- Category B driving license
- Ability to make independent and responsible decisions
- People-oriented, motivating, and retention-focused leadership style
- Leadership experience, hands-on practice in managing and developing teams
- Relevant professional experience (e.g. in fleet management, service provision, or operations)
