Tasks
- Management of the Budapest branch, team coordination
- Full management and business support of Budapest projects
- Complete supervision of recruitment and selection processes
- Operational management of projects from recruitment to invoicing
- Development and monitoring of weekly headcount, recruitment, and advertising plans
- Maintaining contact with existing key clients, regular consultations
- Monitoring project effectiveness, preparing reports and forecasts
- Market monitoring, searching for new business opportunities and partners in cooperation with the regional sales colleague
- Supporting contract conclusions, participating in business development activities
- Participation in budget and forecast planning
- Close cooperation with related departments
