We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join our team in Tatabánya to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and continuous communication support.
Tasks
- Maintaining contact with the customer, effective internal and external communication
- Handling incoming requests within deadlines
- Customs office liaison
- Administration related to incoming shipments, contact with transport companies
- Solving problems related to arrivals
- Regularly requesting tariff codes from the customer
- Striving for maximum customer satisfaction, while considering the business interests of Sanmina
- Preparing and sending regular and ad-hoc reports
Requirements
- Secondary education
- University or college degree is an advantage
- 2 years of experience in administration
- Knowledge of English
- Confident computer skills
- Positive attitude
- Precise, demanding of one's own work
