As Head of Service Delivery International (Budapest), you will lead a team of 28 professionals delivering Controlling Operations services across 32 countries in Africa, Central & South Europe, and Eurasia, while driving convergence and harmonization across 7 International MCOs worldwide.
Tasks
- Lead the delivery of high-quality, compliant Controlling Operations services across 32 countries.
- Drive convergence and harmonization of processes across 7 International MCOs.
- Lead and develop a team of 28 professionals, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Manage global transformation projects aligned to the core model.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Finance Business Partners, Budget Owners, and 200 stakeholders.
- Lead governance meetings across the International perimeter.

Requirements
- Proven track record in service delivery leadership within a finance controlling environment
- Experience in leading large international teams
- Experience in driving process harmonization across multiple geographies
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA and/or CPA preferred
- Fluent English essential
