We are looking for a new colleague for the position of Quality Engineer for our manufacturing partner company. Join our team in Veszprém.
Tasks
- Handling complaints, coordinating sampling processes, proactive communication of changes
- Identifying and analyzing defects in production, resolving issues under real-world conditions
- Developing and implementing measures to reduce production losses
- Maintaining up-to-date Control Plans, daily reports, work instructions, and inspection specifications
- Preparing, conducting, and following up on customer and internal audits
- Operating, improving, and ensuring compliance of processes
- Maintaining effective cooperation between resident engineers, QS technicians, and production areas

Requirements
- Higher education in a technical field (e.g., electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics engineer, technical manager)
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent English verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in SMT/electronics or the automotive industry
- Knowledge of PDCA, FMEA, and 8D methods, and proficiency in their practical application
