Tasks
- Managing the work of HSE auditors and expert supporters in HSE risk assessment, coordinating staff activities, organizing and monitoring tasks, developing and motivating team members
- Ensuring and developing expected HSE services, preparing the annual audit plan, coordinating audits and the implementation of related measures
- Coordinating the investigation of high-risk and technological accidents, near-misses, and incidents, taking measures, and communicating them
- Actively seeking HSE risks and opportunities, gathering and evaluating feedback from internal and external clients, developing proposals
- Active participation in the establishment and operation of MEBIR and KIR management systems, supporting business leaders in maintaining management systems
- Developing health and occupational safety awareness and mindset among managers and employees
- Active participation in E.ON group-level HSE projects and working groups, ensuring that risk assessments are continuously up to date
- Conducting HSE checks, audits, and investigations, representing the group of companies at audits, supporting managers in handling audit findings
- Representing environment, health, and occupational safety topics within the group of companies and towards external parties (e.g., authorities, industry consultations, group headquarters)
- Cooperating with business areas and occupational safety interest representations

Requirements
- Higher education qualification in occupational safety or higher education qualification in environmental protection and at least a secondary-level occupational safety technician qualification
- 5+ years of occupational safety experience in a technical field, 1+ year of environmental experience, and 3+ years of management experience
- Professional English language skills
- Category B driving license
- Knowledge of SAP, Power BI
