Samsonite is a global leader in high-quality travel bags, suitcases, and accessories. We are looking for a new team member for our Budapest team in the position of Assistant Store Manager to support the achievement of sales targets and provide a premium shopping experience for customers.
Tasks
- Supporting the achievement of sales targets
- Supporting the work of the store manager
- Providing an exceptional and premium shopping experience for customers
- Applying mandatory sales standards and increasing sales through up-to-date product knowledge
- Adhering to guidelines regarding store opening and closing, dress code, hygiene, health and safety, and finances
- Ensuring a pleasant and clean store environment with properly displayed products
- Managing inventory
- Supporting in training, preparing, motivating, developing, and retaining staff
