We are looking for a controller to join the team of our manufacturing partner in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county with a wide product portfolio and a stable, established company.
Tasks
- Independent support of the site's financial and controlling activities.
- Planning, monitoring, and reporting of financial and operational KPIs.
- Analysis of plan-actual variances, identification of causes, and reporting to management.
- Preparation of profitability and economic efficiency analyses.
- Initiation and coordination of development and corrective measures.
- Establishment, development, and standardization of controlling processes.
- Independent management of process optimization and strategic projects.
- Cooperation with financial managers and related departments.

Requirements
- Higher education in economics/finance.
- Several years of relevant controlling or financial experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the SAP ERP system.
- Stable communicative English language skills.
- Independent and responsible work.
- Good communication and cooperation skills.
- Experience in process development or project management is an advantage.
