We are looking for an experienced technical professional with a leadership mindset who is able to independently manage daily service operations, coordinate projects, and actively participate in the further development of the business unit.
Tasks
- Operational management of the daily activities of the service branch.
- Organization, coordination, and supervision of the service team's work.
- Managing industrial machinery repair, maintenance, and custom machine manufacturing projects.
- Maintaining contact with existing and prospective industrial partners.
- Supervision of technical proposals, calculations, and project schedules.
- Ensuring project deadlines, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Continuous improvement of the operations, efficiency, and performance of the service branch.

Requirements
- Relevant technical education, preferably a degree in mechanical engineering.
- Professional experience gained in industrial machine maintenance, repair, or manufacturing.
- Experience in management or technical project management.
- Confident technical mindset, problem-solving skills.
- Independent, responsible, and result-oriented work approach.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Category B driving license.
