As Senior Counsel, Data Privacy -- you will be part of a leading and innovative team responsible for the legal risk areas of data privacy, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. In this role, you will serve as a key legal partner guiding Agoda's global privacy strategy across high-visibility domains, collaborating closely with our global Product, Marketing, Tech and Customer Experience teams.
Tasks
- Privacy By Design & Product Counseling: partnering proactively with Product and Tech teams from concept to launch.
- Marketing, AdTech & MarTech: expected to understand, navigate and provide practical privacy counsel to our marketing teams.
- Contracting, negotiations and templates: heavily involved in the contractual negotiation and drafting of privacy provisions.
- Regulatory change management for new and amended data protection laws.
- Program, auditing and controls: working closely with our Privacy Program team to facilitate and manage key aspects of the privacy program.
- Contribute to brand initiatives within the Booking Holdings Inc. family.
- Artificial Intelligence: lead privacy legal advisory on the deployment of generative AI, machine learning models and conduct AI risk assessments.
- General privacy support as may be required.
