Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner for the world's leading brands. We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join the team at our Zalaegerszeg site to support and develop production processes.
Tasks
- Solving process-related issues and improving processes
- Supervision of machinery and equipment, troubleshooting
- Strong presence in ongoing production, active participation in solving daily issues
- Active participation in improving and stabilizing production metrics (FPY, Scrap, Downtime)
- Supporting and initiating ECO implementation
- Developing, operating, and supervising process control tools
- Writing and maintaining work instructions and other documents (e.g., specifications, procedures)
- Supporting new projects, active participation in production launch by executing and documenting Automotive APQP/PPAP processes and tasks

Requirements
- Degree in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering
- Conversational English proficiency
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an advantage
