MOL Group is an integrated international oil and gas company that offers you the opportunity to play a decisive role in the reliability and technical safety of refinery equipment as an RBI Designer.
Tasks
- Analysis of corrosion risks for pressure equipment and process tanks, as well as the development and enhancement of RBI (Risk-Based Inspection) programs.
- Preparation of inspection and testing plans, evaluation of results, and determination of necessary repair and maintenance measures.
- Supporting equipment integrity and reliability through corrosion protection, material selection, and condition monitoring solutions.
- Participation in the operation of Asset Integrity Management systems, and the development of corrosion databases and monitoring systems.
- Professional support for technical projects, developments, and turnaround programs related to corrosion, material testing, and equipment integrity.
- Cooperation with regulatory authorities, operations, maintenance, and investment areas, as well as participation in the introduction of new inspection methods and the development of related professional standards.

Requirements
- Higher education in mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in an oil and gas environment.
- Knowledge in static equipment, equipment integrity, corrosion management, or RBI.
- Confident computer skills (knowledge of MS Office, SAP, MS Project is an advantage).
- Intermediate, active English language skills orally and in writing.
- Systems-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Creative problem-solving ability and flexibility in handling unexpected situations.
- Excellent cooperation and teamwork skills.
