Tasks
- Ensuring high-level customer service.
- Achieving the store's sales and financial targets.
- Managing day-to-day store operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Organizing and managing the store's commercial activities.
- Maintaining the store's visual presentation in accordance with company Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Leading, motivating, training, and coordinating the sales team.
- Working closely with the Area Manager to continuously improve store appearance and performance.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of management experience in women's fashion retail or a similar position.
- Experience in Visual Merchandising is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Result-oriented mindset.
- Initiative and independent decision-making ability.
- Confident English language skills.
- User-level computer skills, especially in MS Office programs.
