We are looking for an expert to coordinate our parking control activities across the entire territory of Budapest, based on ScanCar technology. The uniqueness of this role is that you can take on a defining role in establishing and operating a newly created, innovative control organization with significant autonomy and development opportunities.
Tasks
- Active participation in the establishment and building of the new parking control organization, contributing to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of efficient work processes.
- Participation in defining job roles, staffing levels, and capacity needs based on work processes to ensure efficient operations.
- Daily operational support for parking control activities, continuous monitoring and scaling of operations based on business and profitability aspects, analysis and optimization of control performance and operational efficiency.
- Monitoring employee training, professional development, and continuous improvement, as well as collaborating with customer service and debt collection areas to ensure the efficient operation of penalty processing workflows.
- Collaboration with BKK units to ensure the necessary technical and operational conditions, liaison with hardware and software suppliers for the parking control system, and preparation of regular management reports and decision-support analytics.

Requirements
- Higher education
- At least 3-5 years of coordination and professional experience in an operational, maintenance, or service environment
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
