EVE Power Hungary is seeking an experienced Operations Systems Technology Support Specialist to support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of key operational systems at our Debrecen facility. In this role, you will contribute to the digital transformation of our manufacturing operations by managing and improving critical platforms, including Quality Management Systems (QMS), Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Business Intelligence (BI) systems, and other operational applications.
Tasks
- Support the implementation and operation of enterprise operational systems.
- Drive the deployment and optimization of QMS, LIMS, BI, and related digital solutions.
- Manage project plans, timelines, and project progress.
- Participate in system blueprint design, review, and implementation activities.
- Coordinate system testing, user training, and go-live activities.
- Identify system issues and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to system-related challenges.
- Monitor system performance and support ongoing maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are met.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operational systems management, enterprise systems, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of system implementation, system optimization, and operational support.
- Experience working with manufacturing, quality, laboratory, or business intelligence systems is highly preferred.
- Experience with QMS, LIMS, BI, ERP, MES, or similar enterprise systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent {English AND Hungarian} or {English AND Chinese}.
