They are looking for a Principal Mechatronics Engineer to join their international innovation team and play a key role in developing next-generation industrial products and digital solutions.
Tasks
- Design and development of mechatronic system and platform architecture
- Professional leadership of complex technical projects in an international environment
- Development of new product and technology concepts
- Creation of system- and component-level technical specifications
- Coordination of hardware, software, and mechanical developments
- Support and management of Proof of Concept and Proof of Value projects
- Professional mentoring of engineers
- Collaboration with global development, product management, and business teams
- Evaluation of technological trends, innovation opportunities, and potential partnerships
- Support for the development of digital and control technology solutions related to intelligent industrial systems

Requirements
- Higher education in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related technical field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a product development, R&D, or innovation environment
- High-level systemic mindset, ability to grasp complex technical systems as a whole
- Experience in system architecture design
- Strong technical background in several of the following areas: motor control and drive technology, power electronics, embedded systems, electronic development, control engineering, PLCs and microcontrollers, firmware and software architecture
- High-level understanding of the interaction between hardware, software, and mechanical systems
- Experience in leading technical projects or development teams
- Confident, active command of English
- Experience collaborating in an international environment
