We are looking for a Senior Fullstack (Java) Developer to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications, mentor junior developers, and contribute to our digitalization strategy.

Tasks

  • Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications as a fullstack expert.
  • Develop and design internal digital solutions that drive automation and directly support our long-term digitalization strategy.
  • Mentor medior and junior developers, provide code reviews, and help define development standards.
  • Make architectural decisions across backend (Java, Spring Boot) and frontend (React, Angular, or similar).
  • Ensure seamless deployment and operations in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) on cloud platforms.
  • Take initiative in adopting and integrating AI-enhanced tools to increase productivity and innovation.
