Tasks
- Project support in new product introduction
- Creation and management of production documentation, measurement of operation times
- Integration of LEAN approach into daily company processes
- Introduction of Lean tools (5S, SMED, Kaizen, Visual management, etc.), supporting implementation and monitoring
- Development of workstations and layout
- Participation in developing processes aimed at cycle time reduction, quality improvement, and handling complaints
- Contribution to the introduction of new technologies
- Processing and improvement of production results
- Conducting professional training
- Support for technologists
- Participation in audits, preparation
- Contribution to the preparation of FMEA, APQP, 8D

Requirements
- Engineering degree (mechanical engineer)
- Communicative English language skills
- At least 1-3 years of professional experience in a similar position in the automotive industry
- Practical experience in welding parameter optimization, fixture fine-tuning, and cross-functional team coordination.
- Advantage: PLC experience
