Tasks
- Compliance with and following established processes, SOPs, and rules
- Completing required training and working accordingly
- Following the Employer's instructions and internal rules
- Cooperation with colleagues, behaving and working in accordance with BD's ethical standards and values
- Precise and timely execution of management's instructions
- Safe working, compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Maintaining a clean and well-organized workspace
- Product and material handling
- Performing in-process checks and inspections
- Learning and executing basic machine functions
- Proposing suggestions to improve process efficiency and quality
- Performing basic maintenance tasks
- Filling out documentation, managing electronic records
