Our partner is a global leader in urban mobility and vertical transportation solutions. We are looking for a senior E-Learning Specialist to join their team in Budapest for a 2-years fixed-term assignment. In case of a great fit, our partner is open to the possibility of a permanent contract at a later stage!
Tasks
- End-to-End Content: Design and produce high-quality e-learning, videos, and simulations from concept to launch.
- Expert Collaboration: Partner with European stakeholders to identify gaps and create targeted training solutions.
- Modern Pedagogy: Define clear goals and build interactive experiences that boost engagement and retention.
- Multimedia Mastery: Use cutting-edge tools to create immersive audio, video, and graphic assets.
- Process Leadership: Standardize learning services and drive continuous improvement across the HR portfolio.
- Team Mentorship: Coach digital production specialists and lead the onboarding of new team members.
- Strategic Ownership: Manage learning projects, track latest trends, and handle evolving business needs.

Requirements
- Educational Background: University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Instructional Design, EdTech, or a related discipline.
- Digital Learning Expertise: Extensive experience developing training content using tools like Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) and e-learning suites.
- Creative Toolset: Proficient in visual design and video editing software, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Vyond.
- Instructional Strategy: Strong grasp of learning principles and the ability to translate complex business needs into engaging digital solutions.
- Project Leadership: Proven track record in agile project management, coordinating end-to-end initiatives across diverse, global stakeholder groups.
- Professional Execution: Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to deliver high-quality results in fast-paced, complex environments.
- Communication & Language: Excellent interpersonal and English skills; additional European languages (like German) are a strong plus.
