Requirements
- Commercial field: A degree in business, economics, IT, or a related field.
- Technical field: A degree in engineering (mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, or industrial).
- Comfortable using English, both written and spoken.
- Fresh graduate or up to 4 years of experience.
- Strategic approach and a passion for leading.
- Innovative thinker and independent spirit.
