Tasks
- Integrating data sources and developing data ingestion processes on the company's new Data Lakehouse platform to provide business areas with up-to-date and reliable data.
- Developing and optimizing scalable data processing and transformation processes to support efficient and fast data processing within the team.
- Designing and implementing data models to support business and analytical needs so the organization can work with user-friendly, structured data.
- Developing data quality, data validation, and monitoring solutions to ensure the stable operation of the platform.
- Collaborating with data and business experts, report developers, data scientist colleagues, and external partners.
- Supporting development, testing, and deployment processes throughout the entire development lifecycle.
- Preparing technical documentation, developer documentation, and operational descriptions.
- Supporting the stable operation of data platform services, analyzing and troubleshooting issues.
- Actively participating in the further development of the data platform's architecture and operating model.
- Supporting the adoption of best practices, automation opportunities, and new technologies.

Requirements
- Higher education in IT, technical, mathematical, or business informatics fields, or relevant professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer, BI Developer, or in similar data platform development roles.
- Strong knowledge of the Python programming language.
- Solid SQL skills.
- Experience in designing and developing ETL / ELT processes.
- Experience in data modeling and applying data warehouse concepts.
- Experience gained with cloud platforms (ideally AWS).
- Practical experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
- Ability to communicate professionally in English.
