Tasks
- Selling available transport capacities, and finding and organizing new domestic and international transport opportunities.
- Finding and selecting suitable subcontractors for transport tasks.
- Preparing and forwarding transport orders to partners.
- Continuous tracking of shipments, managing their status, and coordinating any changes.
- Scheduling loading times and organizing loading and unloading operations.
- Maintaining ongoing contact with clients, carriers, and subcontractors.
- Accurate and up-to-date management of transport-related administration.
- Assessing special transport requirements and ensuring the necessary conditions.
- Continuously monitoring relevant transport regulations and legal changes.

Requirements
- At least a secondary education
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in road freight transport or transport organization
- Confidently communicate in English, both orally and in writing
- Computer literacy and proficiency in required systems
- Perform your work independently, accurately, and responsibly
- Good organizational skills and efficient problem-solving abilities
- Open and cooperative communication with both partners and team members
